Cancellation Policy

Service Request & Cancellation Policy Submission of this form is a request for service only and does not guarantee availability. By submitting a request, you authorize Peak to Peak Concierge to begin coordinating services on your behalf. Once a service has been confirmed, vendor fees, deposits, and this cancellation policy apply. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the service date may receive a refund, less any non-refundable vendor costs or fees. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Third-party vendor deposits, tickets, reservations, and prepaid services are non-refundable once booked. Peak to Peak Concierge reserves the right to evaluate cancellation requests on a case-by-case basis. Peak to Peak Concierge provides concierge, delivery, coordination, and experience facilitation services and acts solely as a facilitator unless otherwise stated in writing. Many services are provided by independent third-party vendors. Peak to Peak Concierge is not responsible for vendor actions, pricing changes, cancellations, delays, service quality, injuries, damages, or other liabilities arising from third-party services. By requesting services, guests authorize Peak to Peak Concierge to review and execute required vendor waivers, acknowledgments, and liability releases on their behalf when necessary to secure services. Guests acknowledge that arranged services and activities may involve inherent risks, including transportation, food consumption, equipment use, physical activity, weather, and recreational activities. Guests voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to exercise personal responsibility. Peak to Peak Concierge does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests are responsible for disclosing allergies and dietary restrictions in advance. Peak to Peak Concierge is not responsible for allergic reactions, illnesses, or food-related incidents associated with third-party vendors.
