Cancellation Policy

Scope of Services Peak to Peak Concierge provides concierge, delivery, coordination, and experience facilitation services which may include but are not limited to grocery delivery, curated food and beverage experiences, equipment delivery, transportation coordination, activity bookings, and on-site setup and pickup. Peak to Peak Concierge acts solely as a facilitator and coordinator and does not operate as a vendor, caterer, transportation provider, guide, or activity operator unless explicitly stated in writing. Third Party Vendors and Experiences Many services arranged by Peak to Peak Concierge are provided by independent third-party vendors. Peak to Peak Concierge does not control, operate, supervise, or manage these vendors and is not responsible for their actions, omissions, pricing changes, cancellations, delays, or service quality. Any disputes, claims, or liabilities related to third-party services must be resolved directly between the guest and the vendor. Authorization to Execute Waivers on Guest’s Behalf By booking services through Peak to Peak Concierge, the guest expressly authorizes Peak to Peak Concierge to review and execute required third-party waivers, acknowledgments, or liability releases on the guest’s behalf for the purpose of securing requested services. Copies of executed waivers may be provided upon request or after service confirmation. Execution of such waivers does not create liability for Peak to Peak Concierge. Guest Responsibility and Assumption of Risk Guests acknowledge that concierge services and arranged experiences may involve inherent risks including but not limited to food consumption, transportation, physical activity, use of equipment, weather conditions, and participation in recreational experiences. By engaging Peak to Peak Concierge, the guest voluntarily assumes all such risks and agrees to exercise personal judgment and responsibility. Food Beverage and Allergen Disclaimer Peak to Peak Concierge does not guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests are solely responsible for disclosing known allergies or dietary restrictions in advance. Peak to Peak Concierge assumes no responsibility for allergic reactions, illness, sensitivities, or food-related incidents arising from services provided or arranged through third-party vendors. Alcohol Disclaimer Peak to Peak Concierge does not sell, serve, or distribute alcoholic beverages. Any alcohol associated with services is either provided by the guest or purchased
