At Peak to Peak Concierge Services, we are dedicated to providing our guests with a unique and luxurious long-term rental home experience. Our homes are located in the most picturesque locations, making them magical in the winter and mesmerizing in the summer. With the highest quality amenities, our home is becoming the go-to destination for families of all types and sizes. We strive to make sure your stay is as comfortable and stress-free as possible. Home Info

Access to the Home:

  • Garage Code: 1914 Enter

  • There are 2 garage door remotes that can be found in the drawer of the kitchen island.

  • If lost, a $100 fee will be issued.

  • Please ensure that the garage door is closed when not in use, the boiler room is located in the garage.  With altitude and lovely Breckenridge weather, the pipes can freeze.

WIFI:

  • Network: Millers Mountain

  • Password: TommyTMiller

Security System:

  • Please do not use it during your stay.

    • We are having the security system come to fix a few issues if the system starts beeping or throwing an error. Use “OFF, 1914”

Trash:

  • Trash NEEDS to be bagged, tied, and deposited in bins located in the garage.  

  • Trash company will enter the garage to collect and empty bins.

  • Trash CANNOT be moved outside, wildlife is very active in Highlands Neighborhood.

  • Trash day: Thursday

Hot Tub:

  • We have the hot tub serviced “as needed”, we have asked the company to service it once a week.  If the water becomes dirty, please call us to have a clean request entered.

  • Please ensure that the cover is on and locked when not in use. 

    • Winds and sub-zero temperatures can easily freeze the pipes, pump, and water.  

    • NO GLASS IN HOT TUB

Housekeeping:

  • Weekly housekeeping is available.  Please call to schedule at least 72 hrs in advance.  

Emergencies:

  • Please call Peak to Peak Concierge Services at (970)717-7325

  • For life-threatening, please call 911, then Peak to Peak. 

Snow Removal:

  • The plowing company will take care of the driveway every 4 inches of snow.  If a storm brings heavy snowfall, please allow time for the company to arrive before calling.  They are very busy and typically are very responsive.

Parking:

  •  3 vehicles can be parked in the garage

  •  3 additional vehicles can be parked in the driveway

House Rules:

  • No smoking

  • Pet friendly with a fee (2 pets max). If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately

  • No events, parties, or large gatherings

  • Must be at least 25 years old to book

Mailing:

  • The house does NOT get mail delivered to the door.

  • If Needed items/mail can be sent to our concierge mailbox for $10/package.

  • 400 N Park Ave, 12B, Breckenridge CO 80424

  • Items Must be Addressed to “Peak to Peak Concierge”

Check-out:

  • Check out before 10:00 AM

  • Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:

  • Remove all perishable items

  • Take out the trash

  • Load and start the dishwasher

  • Strip linens from all used beds

  • Place all used linens and towels in a pile

  • Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste

  • Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances

  • Close and lock all windows and doors

  • Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
